That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

We aim to get your item out to you as quickly as possible. We aim to get your orders out within 7 days of purchase, but sometimes this can be longer due to delays/holidays or large amounts of orders needing to be filled.

If you need your order rushed we will do our best to accommodate you, but we can not promise this for everyone. It will be on a first come first serve basis.

Shipping is not tracked and therefore I can not provide tracking numbers or updates once your order has left my hands. If it has not arrived within 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks internationally, then please get in touch and we will try to rectify the situation.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
