WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As we are a small business buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can not be returned;

  • Digital Downloads.

  • ​

  • Perishable Items.

  • ​

  • Intimate items.

  • ​

  • Mugs that have been opened as it can not be determined if it has been used.

  • ​

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • ​

  • Broken items.

If an item arrives and it is broken, please send photographic proof and I will do my best to find a replacement, or I will give a full refund.

Beldam Boutique ships internationally. I am not responsible for any customs charge you may receive on your item.
